Payments:
Crewed charters are generally paid by wire transfer to Stakeholder’s account in two installments:
First payment (50%) is payable upon contract signing and necessary to confirm the booking.
Second payment (50%+VAT+APA) is payable 45-30 days prior to embarkation.

Notes:
– To prepare charter documentation, we require the full names of passengers as they appear on their passport or ID, along with passport numbers, nationality, and dates of birth.
-Additionally, please provide dietary preferences and requirements, as well as any information regarding medical conditions or allergies.
-Fuel rates are subject to slight changes based on market prices up to the charter’s commencement day. In such cases, clients will be notified in advance to settle any differences.
-Children must remain under the continuous supervision of an adult member of the charter party throughout the entire charter period.
Cancellation Policy for daily charters:
For any cancelation caused by the charterer, the following cancellation policy will apply
a. A “Dossier’s expenses” policy of 350 Euro will be applied for cancellations made up to 90 days prior to embarkation.
b. Cancellation fee of 30% of the charter hire for bookings cancelled between 40 and 31 days prior to embarkation.
c. Cancellation fee of 100% of the charter hire, for bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to boat embarkation.
Cancellation Policy for multiple day/weekly charters:
For any cancelation caused by the charterer, the following cancellation policy will apply
a. A “Dossier’s expenses” policy of 350 Euro will be applied for cancellations made up to 90 days prior to embarkation.
b. Cancellation fee of 30% of the charter hire, for bookings cancelled within the timeframe of 61 to 90 days prior to embarkation.
c. Cancellation fee of 50% of the charter hire, for bookings cancelled within the timeframe of 60 up to 31 days prior to embarkation.
d. Cancellation fee of 100% of the charter hire, for bookings cancelled 30 days prior to boat embarkation.
Weather Conditions Policy:
-If the charter has to be canceled due to adverse weather conditions, indicating that the yacht is prohibited from cruising by safety regulations enforced by the port authority, it may be subject to rescheduling, should the yacht calendar allow for it. Otherwise, a total refund will be issued.
-Should winds prohibit a cruise to the selected itinerary, the itinerary will be altered as per the captain’s discretion.
